Human Rights in Business Matters

We have challenged laws that we believed were unconstitutional. We are grateful that our foreign clients have supported our efforts to resolve these legal inconsistencies in various business and commercial matters.

We have filed a number of constitutional complaints with the Constitutional Court. We are proud that our success there has considerably improved the Latvian civil procedure regarding provisional measures, making it more efficient and compliant with international standards.
