At times when legal action in state courts is inevitable, we believe we would be one of the strongest litigation practices to choose from. We have fought on behalf of our clients for about 20 years and at all levels of the Latvian court system, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. We have also been involved in proceedings before the High Court of Justice in London, the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
