Another success in another shareholders’ dispute

We are pleased when we can facilitate peaceful Christmas for our clients. SIA INTRANSSERVISS in Jelgava is a delightful example – the Court of Jelgava has recently dismissed the claim of one of its shareholders against the others represented by us. While the dispute is expected to be taken all the way to the Senate of the Supreme Court we are all but hopeful that the judgment will stand.
