Year after year we have been fighting for AS Ventbunkers and its foreign shareholders to prove that the legitimate foreign shareholders are in control of the company and that illegitimate registrations with the Latvian Commercial Register are not decisive, let alone legitimate.

After years of litigation before the administrative and civil courts of Latvia we are finally delighted to announce that the raiders have suffered a defeat and that the legitimate shareholders have regained control of AS Ventbunkers and their interests in Latvia.

We have managed to reverse various crucial decisions of the Main State Notary of the Latvian Commercial Register and various litigations are being reopened due to new circumstances.
